Its a good idea to have a Preventative Maintenance contract. Do you change the oil in your car? Think of it that way. Pretty important stuff, we had a volley of residence and commercial company's call yesterday for service calls. It was weird all of them where completely predictable simple, not even in depth maintenance issues.

If you own a commercial application you are not going to impress your clients when they walk in and its 47 degree. A PM is just not that expensive and this wont happen because of dirty filters and a loose belt etc.
